Helpful hints for this weekend's action....
Take these tid-bits for what they're worth. Some of them make you think a little....
1) The Huskies have lost seven in a row overall and eight straight Pac-10 games. However, Willingham was 7-0 against Cal when he coached at Stanford from 1995-2001.
2) Michigan's defense, criticized for breakdowns in losses to Ohio State and Texas at the end of last season, surrendered 411 yards to Northern Illinois.
3) Tech leads the series, 20-17-3, and had won six in a row before Carolina's 34-13 victory last season. The Tar Heels have not won in Atlanta since a 16-13 victory in 1997.
